Drainflow Services has recently partnered with Revive Resources; a Western Australian owned and operated Resource Recovery facility that aims to divert waste from landfill and support the circular economy.
Revive Resources was founded by the Directors of Drainflow Services, who both wanted to see the industry transform the perception of “waste” into a “valuable” resource.

For more than two decades, Drainflow Services (DFS) have been servicing Western Australia’s largest organisations as well as local and state government authorities – across resources recovery, industrial services, stormwater drainage and roadway maintenance and construction. Throughout the years, DFS Directors learnt more about the negative impacts of their waste streams and the importance of a circular economy. It opened their eyes and lead them to invest in modern equipment to deliver a solution and divert waste from landfill.
And just like that Revive Resources was born.
Commissioned in August of 2022, and located in Malaga, Perth – Revive Resources, is Western Australia’s first hydro wash facility in the metropolitan area. We have the capacity to cleanse the following waste streams; various types of contaminated soils, construction & demolition waste, as well as hydro excavation waste, road sweeping waste and gully eduction waste.
Our wet plant guarantees maximum recovery of valuable fines, while removing all organic material and inorganic contamination such as heavy metals and hydrocarbons. Our innovative water management systems ensure we protect and reuse as many natural resources as possible.
Our washing solutions for producing natural sand and gravel from municipal waste (that would otherwise go to landfill), is one way that we have transformed the perception of “waste” to a “valuable resource”. We are taking the next step to ensure that we are reviving materials wherever possible and reducing the volumes of waste disposed to landfill.
